Who we are

The leading team of Global Guide Services GmbH have been on the road on a regular basis, providing assistant services at airports, train stations, piers, trade fairs; doing guided tours in different regions as Local Guides, leading groups as Tour Escorts throughout Europe for multiple days itineraries; and holding lectures on river cruise ships. Whatever we have been doing in our offices, we have learned on the road, working closely with drivers, porters, waiters and all those who have deep impact on quality of a tour.

This expertise is both the foundation and the core of our unique concept.
We built our network with clients and providers, step by step, acquired a profound knowledge of tours through years of intensive guiding and booking, analysed the problems our clients faced, and achieved to define and provide the proper solutions.

Together with our team of professional booking agents, we always go the extra mile in order to make regional services globally available, be it for wholesalers, travel agencies or the individual travelers.

Our Story began 2003 in Frankfurt am Main. First we covered all German cities; 2007 we started with Scandinavian and Switzerland, 2012 we grew to provide our services in all European destinations. 2015 we succeeded to book our first guided tour for individual travelers in New York. 2016, we felt sure, with a team of 24 professionals, after 18 years of guiding, 13 years of wholesaling in European destinations, to offer our local services on a global market. Known in the travel industry as Save&Travel, Guides in Europe, we continue now as Global Guide Services GmbH, beyond the borders of Europe.
